Maple Environmental provides the following range of services for the Office environment.
Maple Environmental routinely provides services to large and small property managers, developers, insurance companies, and individual building owners.
Offices are vulnerable to various indoor environmental issues due to the type, usage, building design, and the construction materials of the building. The most common types of building material related contaminants found in Offices include: Asbestos, Lead, Mould and Volatile Organics. Additionally, the indoor air quality of the offices can be affected by carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, ozone, particulate, ultrafine particles or radon gas build up.
Assessments are performed for various conditions, depending on the nature and the reason for the study. Assessments often include testing procedures using specialized equipment or the collection of physical samples. Physical samples are analyzed by third party certified laboratories.
On completion of analysis, we provide a detailed report, which contains recommendations for remediation and other actions required to address the contaminant sources. We also provide inspection, sampling and re-assessment on completion of remediation actions to ensure completeness and quality of the remediation projects.
Maple’s focus is on providing quality consulting services for Asbestos, Lead, Mould, Indoor Air quality, Environmental Site Assessments and Occupational Hygiene.
