INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)
Maple Environmental provides services to investigate and evaluate indoor air quality (IAQ) in the workplace. Poor air quality can impact on the comfort and health of occupants, resulting in dissatisfaction with the working environment and loss of productivity. Services include:
- Walk through risk assessments to identify sources of indoor air contaminants.
- Measurements of comfort factors and sampling and analysis of air contaminants.
- Detailed evaluation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
- Microbial contamination investigations.
- Development of pro-active indoor air quality programs.
A standard IAQ study identifies the levels of Relative Humidity, Temperature, Carbon Dioxide, and Carbon Monoxide. Additional parameters pursuant to individial requirements established at the outset of the project can also be included in the assessment.
